This solicitation is intended to obtain all management, administration, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to provide BOS services at the NSS. NSS is located on a 38 acre compound in northwest Washington, DC, approximately 5 miles northwest of the US Capitol. NSS includes approximately 40 bldgs and approximately 15 acres of improved grounds. The base performance period is 12 months with options to extend not to exceed 60 months including the base period. Estimated cost for the entire project exceeds $10 Million. The SIC Code is 8744. This contract will be acquired thru formal source selection procedures. Evaluation will be based on price, past performance, and technical proposals. RFP issuance is 15 Nov 96. Proposals due 28 Jan 97. A preproposal conference and site visit will be conducted as outlined in the RFP.
