The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a contract for auctioneer services for the sale of both personal and real property in the DallasFort Worth area. To be given strong consideration for award, offerors shall demonstrate experience in selling like (similar) personal and real property as required in this solicitation, shall demonstrate that they have sufficient numbers of experienced key personnel and corporate resources to effectively perform the work required in this solicitation. Offeror will be required to provide a storage facility to be located in the DallasFort Worth area. Offerors selected to be in the competitive range shall be scheduled for a site visit of the storage facility and an oral presentation to be conducted in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Award will be for one year period with three one year options for renewal. Solicitation TIRMS97R0008 will be available on or about November 4, 1996. Request for solicitation shall be submitted in writing, telephone request will not be honored. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business setaside, the size standard which is concern, including its affiliates, having average annual gross sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of 5 million.
