The requirement is for a base year and two option years. The contractor would provide data transcription services in support of the processing of EEO complaints. This would include transcribing sworn statements from audio tapes and preparing related documents for mailing and signature. A certificate of completion and at least two years of experience in the word processing data transcription field are required for this position. The majority of the work will be performed at the contractor's place of business, however, some work will be required to be completed at the Northeast Regional Office in Philadelphia, PA.
