Z -- ADDITIONAL ALTERATIONS AND RENOVATIONS UNDER CONTRACT N01DA-4-9000 POC Dale Weiss, Contracting Officer, (301)443-1301 Nikki Zangwill, Contracting Officer, (301)443-1301 NIDA intends to negotiate a sole source modification to contract N01DA-4-9000 with Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center to add $1,149,000 to the base contract for additional systems repairs. This modification also will add five options as follows: Option 1 (Tuck and Point) $135,0000; Option 2 (HVAC) $800,000; Option 3 (DDC System) $215,000; Option 4 (Additional System Repairs) $250,000; and Option 5 (Additional System Repairs) $250,000. Only Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center can satisfy the requir ement in accordance with the terms of the lease aggreement between it and the Government for the facilities and systems in use at this contractor's location.
