TH-67 trainer in the following configurations. Ten each with Night
Vision Goggle, ten each with Instrument Flight Rules, and ten each with
Visual Flight Rules. The Contractor shall also provide the preparation
for air shipment of the 30 aircraft, the commercial ground and flight
risk insurance, spare parts, ground support tools and test equipment,
calibration support, two each cockpit procedure trainers and two each
Contractor Field Service Representatives for two years. The intended
source is Bell Helicopter Textron Incorporated, Post Office Box 482,
Ft. Worth, Texas 76101. Authority and justification is 10 U.S.C.
2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source or only a
limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services
