The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division-Indianapolis intends to contract on a sole source basis with Excalibur Systems Limited, Kanata, Canada for procurement of one Excalibur TS-100 Plus Threat Simulator which includes calibation equipment, antennae subsystem, one pentium based workstation complete with VGA monitor, keyboard, mouse and removable hard drive, 2D TS Series software applications, operators manuals, maintenance manuals and one week of training for up to five (5) students.
