The purpose of this synopsis is to respond to technical quesions. QUESTIONS: Are installation services needed and supposed to be quoted for the solicitation? Can we submit a base bid and quote upgrades that may be advantageous to the Weapons Center? Can we provide a solution for the C site (ten video channels) that would statistically multiplex all the channels on one DS3, but still provide CCIR601 broadcast quality video?
