C -- EXPAND PRIMARY CARE CLINIC DUE 111196 POC Margie Nation @ 806-354-7841 The VA Medical Center in Amarillo, Texas requires A/E services for the project of titled ''Expand Primary Care Clinic''. The scope of the work includes site investigation; 25% design review, 70% design review, and 100% design review; 15 sets of drawings and specifications; cost estimate; and construction period services. Provide design calucations for all work. Provide all contract drawings on 30'' x 42'' .003 mylar and furnish Auto CADD compatible disks to the VA. The general scope of the work is: The project will add four (4) primary care modules (aprox. 6000 sq. ft) to the existing Medical Arts building with support space such as telephone triage, offices, etc. A limited amount of work in the existing building will provide for connections to the new space. The HVAC system shall be expanded and modified to allow good quality and acurate temperature control in new and existing Medical Arts space. Work will include relocation of underground utilities and relocation of approximately 10 parking spaces. Construction Cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Only firms within 150 mile radius of Amarillo, Texas desiring consideration shuld submit current SF-254's and SF-255's before close of business (4:30pm CST), November 11, 1996.
