503-273-5210 The VAMC, Portland, Oregon requires A/E services for the
project at the Portland Division titled ''Renovate Ward for Ambulatory
Care''. The scope of work includes site investigation, preliminary
design, final design, 35 sets of drawings, specifications, cost
estimate, and construction period services. Drawings are to be done on
CAD compatible with AutoCad Version 13. A copy of the drawings are to
be submitted to the VA on disk at the end of the project. The general
scope of work is: Design the renovation of an inpatient bed ward to
create an outpatient care clinic in Bldg 100, of the Portland Division.
Construction cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Only firms
within the Portland, Oregon/Vancouver, Washington area desiring
consideration should submit current SF-254's and SF-255's before Close
of Business (4:00 p.m.) local time, November 26, 1996. Selection and
