Rees,703/875/6991 This is a notice of intent to expand the provision of labor hours in existing labor categories under Contract S-OPRAQ-95-C-0589 with ITT Federal Services Corporation for the periods Option Year 1 through Phase-out. This expansion of services will ensure the continuous 24-hour per day provision of maintenance support for the Automated Terminal Station and State Telecommunications Relay Systems (ATS/STARS) program for the U. S. Department of State and Foreign Affairs Community throughout the duration of the Department's IRM modernization effort. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS ACTION. This expansion of maintenance support is an interim measure for enhanced contractual coverage until the legacy equipment is phased out of service throughout the ATS/STARS systems and is replaced by an open systems environment wi th commercial off-the-shelf equipment.
