The period of performance for this effort shall be from the date of contract award through two (2) years. This will be a sole source procurement with Lockheed Martin, Tactical Systems, Inc., 365 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, NY 11020-1696. Lockheed Martin is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the MK 92 FCS and therefore, is the only company with the necessary knowledge, experience, technical qualifications, tooling and equipment to fulfill NAVSEA's requirement.
