Estimated number of properties located at El Toro/Tustin are: 75 for base year, 60 for option year one, 50 for option year two; estimated number of properties located at Mare Island are: 75 for base year, 60 for option year one; estimated number of properties at March AFB are: 100 for base year. Single or multiple awards are anticipated. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 6531. The size standard for this SIC code is: $1.5. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A technical and cost proposal will be required. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of firm that represents the best advantage to the Government. Plans and specifications for this project must be ordered by the CUT OFF DATE of 05 DEC 96 to ensure receipt of bid sets. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE will not be honored. There is NO CHARGE for the specifications or drawings; however, only one set is available per offeror for there are only a limited number available.
