The item to be ordered is a Philips 600 MB 512 Bytes/Sector Magnetic-Optical Disk for use in PATRIOT applications, Army Part No. 11466794. The Philips PN is 51-G. A quantity of 128 disks is required: U.S. requirements - 100 disks; Kuwait requirements - 18 disks; Israel requirements - 10 disks. Prior to delivery the supplier shall format (certify) the media for the reallocation of defective sectors. The format shall comply with the ISO/IEC 10089 Format ''A'' guidelines for the generation of the primary defect list (PDL) and associated parameters. The solicitation number is corrected to read DAAH01-97-R-0025. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. (0296)
