The Operational Contracting Division, at Kirtland Air Force Base is seeking all possible sources who can provide a quantity of six (6) High Performance Hoist (Manufacturer: Lucas Aerospace), P.N. 42305R1, NSN 1680-01-058-3671GA. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of the acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
