Contractor to provide all labor and materials to forge, machine, test, inspect, preserve, and package Propulsion Shafts in accordance with Coast Guard Specification Number 4342-P-243-202 and Coast Guard Drawing Number 82CWPB-4301-1. Shaft material shall be ASTM A564 Type 630 Class A. Government to provide Shaft Sleeves for installation. Sleeves are manufactured from ASTM-B-369-93 Alloy C96400 centrifugal casting rotating mold. Delivery to be approximately 120 days after date of contract award. Delivery to be F.O.B. Destination to Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000.
