Estimated quantities, to include fill-in orders, are: Shirts, Men's long sleeve - 6400 EA; Shirts, Women's long sleeve - 1000 EA; Shirts, Men's short sleeve - 8200 EA; Shirts, Women's short sleeve - 1200 EA. Each womens shirt shall include a neck tab. Bar Code 39 labels will be required. This is a firm fixed price requirements contract. The successful offeror shall be certified for all items by the Department of the Air Force, Human Systems Center (AFSC), Wright-Paterson AFB, OH at the time of offer submittal.
