A -- REPAIR AND MAINTAIN CIIDS EQUIPMENT POC Margaret Jaramillo, Contract Specialist, (505)846-4675, Kenneth G. West, PCO, (505)846-4190. The Air Force Phillips Laboratory, intends to award a sole source (See Number Note 22), purchase order to SMF Systems Corporation, 2551 San Ramon Valley Blvd, San Ramon, Ca 94583. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts and supervision necessary to maintain the operation status of the system. Contractor shall provide full on- site maintenance, repairs which require a change in the final architecture or configuration of the CIIDS equipment, pre- coordinated in writing and approved by PL/DSSP prior to the change. Contractor shall provide written summaries of repairs made to correct system failures. Reports shall be provide within 72 hours of repair. Contractor shall have (4) four hours to respond on site for all system failures. Contractor shall provide quarterly preventative maintenance inspections and cleaning. Do not request a copy of the solicitation as one does not exist at this time. Your attention is directed to the following, and you must apply to be considered. Firms responding must submit a statement of capability which shall demonstrate the offeror's experience/expertise to perform subject services. Firms responding to this announcement should indicate whether they are or are not a Small Business, an 8(a) firm, a socially and Economically disadvantaged firm or a Women-owned Business. The Government reserves the right to set-aside this requirement for the 8(a) Program, or Small Business based on responses to this synopsis. Firms shall indicate their size qualifications under SIC 7378. Standard Size $14.5 million. This requirement shall be procured using simplified acquisition procedures.
