Thomas/Msg/Pkb/ (937)257-3591 The Materiel Systems Group (MSG), Electronic Systems Center (ESC), solicits proposals for the Program Management System (PMSS). This is a continuation of the process begun with the issuance of a Sources Sought Synopsis in the August 16, 1996 edition of the Commerce Business Daily (CBD). Please reference that notice for additional information regarding this PMSS acquisition. The formal Request For Proposal (RFP) for the PMSS acquisition will be relased on or about November 8, 1996. This follow-on PMSS contract will maintain the current program management support capabilities and provide the opportunity to establish support capability at new sites. In addition, this acquisition will provide customers the opportunity to evolve program management support capabilities by requesting studies/analyses, and providing the opportunity for customers to implement solutions based on those studies/analyses. PMSS will be a five-year, $220M effort encompassing Department of Defense (DoD) installations nationwide.
