The Defense Distribution Region East located in New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for the establishment of an Indefinite Delivery Contract to provide the necessary labor and material to perform laboratory analyses on samples of contaminated/noncontaminated groundwater, drinking water, hazardous wastes, PCBs, bulk samples and air monitoring cassettes for asbestos. Due to the periodic rush turnaround times requiring results to be provided within 8 to 24 hours, the contractor should be located within a 50-mile radius of the installation or provide evidence at the time of submission of an offer that the required rush turnaround times stated in the solicitation can be met.
