This includes seasonal start-up and shut-down, cleaning, maintenance, preventive maintenance, periodic operational checks, diagnosis and repair of systemsas specified. The contractor will ensure that the systems covered by this specification perform to manufacturer's specifications, with allowance made for normal wear and tear. This is a Combination Firm Fixed Price Lump Sum and Indefinite Quantitytype procurement for a base period of up to twelve (12) months with options to extend the services up to an additional four (4) years.
