The objectives and primary functions of the Health and Fitness Program are to improve the overall wellness of NIOSH government employees through increased cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength endurance and flexibility, and positive lifestyle changes; and to provide the opportunity, motivation and tools for self-improvement. The Contractor shall provide a Program Director and staff sufficient for operation of the Health and Fitness Program and facilities. The contractor will provide activities not limited to the following: design and implement innovative and creative health programs; conduct group aerobic/exercise classes; maintain government-furnished equipment screen, develop and present educational, fitness, and nutritional wellness seminars; etc. RFQ 97-002 contains the complete specifications which must be met by any offer to be considered for award.
