Work includes removing existing, exterior, reinforced concrete stairs, porch, retaining walls and sidewalk, and constructing new reinforced concrete retaining walls, garage floor, and driveway. The work also includes the construction of a new wood deck anad stairs leading into the residence. The contractor shall be required to perform all earthwork necessary to complete the job including all excavation, backfill, compaction, testing and landscaping. Work at the site shall proceed on or about May 21, 1997. The contractor shall be responsible for all construction surveys and staking required for performance of the work to the lines, grades, and slopes shown on the drawings. The request for quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about November 13, 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
