This provides notice that the USDA, APHIS, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Williams Scotsman, 7001 Golden Ring Road, Baltimore, Maryland, for furnishing and installing a Bio-Safety Level 3 Modular Building for Karnal Bunt research. This facility will be supplied under a turn key basis to include site work, foundation, utilities, HVAC, electrical drypipe sprinkler, fencing, and furnishing and installing laboratory equipment. The laboratory equipment to be furnished and installed is as follows: 1) autoclave; 2) incubator; 3) bio-safety cabinet; 4) fume hood; 5) refrigerator; 6) laboratory furniture; 7) waste sterilizer; and 8) lockers.
