This project consists of replacing three (3) existing 268-ton water cooled chillers with three (3) new 300-ton water cooled chillers and replacing four (4) existing chilled water coil air handling units. Modifications to piping, pumping, controls, electrical service, ductwork, insulation, related structural and architectural revisions and asbestos abatement and lead paint abatement associated with the modifications are included.
