Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to demolish and reconstruct a vehicle and equipment storage building. The condition of the site is as follows: Approximately one-half of the building (3167 SF) was destroyed by fire. The building was a steel super structure with a concrete foundation and masonry walls. The roof was an asphalt built-up roof. The portion that was not destroyed by fire is to be salvaged as is, except for the roof and ceiling. The roof and ceiling of the salvaged portion will be removed and replaced with a ridge roof. Reconstruction of the burned side of the building includes a concrete overlay of the parking area, new roof supports, masonry and brick repair, painting, etc. The project is located on the Natchez Trace Parkway at Ridgeland, MS, approximately 10 miles north of Jackson. The contract performance period is 90 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000.
