The performance period is 130 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 15 Nov 1996. Bid opening will be on or about 17 Dec 96. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
