SERVICES; Including labor, equipment and material necessary to convert two (2) government-owned WATER JET CLEANING MACHINES (high pressure) MODEL WBD-150N from diesel power to electric power: - 150 HP T.E.F.C. electric motor, 460 V Ph. 60Hz - A.T.L. starter with reduced voltage transformer in NEMA 3R enclosure - Gun control system for remote control of pressure and flow. - Existing trigger switches on existing guns actuate air operated dump valve back at pump which diverts water suction side or holding tank. - Eliminates dump water at gun and reduces water usage. - Replace pressure regulating/flow control valve - Replace motor shieve to adjust speed ratio - Set belt - Modified belt guard to suit new shieve/belt configuration - Suitable wiring/conduit for wet environment - Necessary adjustments and operational test to be done at SIMA, SAN DIEGO, CA. - Technical representative will be present to witness test and to perform any adjustment or final modifications as required. - Award will be made only if the offeror, the product or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award.
