52 -- ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS - POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT Potential sources sought for C/KC-135 Circuit Breaker Kit. Oklahoma City ALC is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to build a kit containing two types of circuit breakers for installation of C/KC-135 aircraft as replacements for thirty year old electric fuel pump breakers. Contractors must possess experience in, but not limited to, explosion proof electrical devices and will be responsible for trail install kits as well as production kits. Contractors will be responsible for manufacturing or otherwise obtaining and assembling kits containing twenty four 5 amp breakers and six 7.5 amp breakers in each kit. The 5 amp breakers are part number MS25244-P-5 and the 7.5 amp breakers are part number MS25244-P-7-1/2. The breakers have an adapter mounting plate and are so designated in the part number by the prefix code ``P'' before the amperage rating. Their common characteristics are: trip-free, push-pull, single pole, manual reset, 120 AC 30 DC operating voltage, maximum interrupting capacity 3500 AC and 6000 DC, trip delay 15 minimum at 200 pct and 55 maximum at 200 pct, 2.189 inches maximum length, .759 inches maximum width, explosion proof. Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) items and non-developmental items (NDI) will be used to the maximum extent possible.
