The subject was changed to reflect the requirement for integrated hazardous materials, hazardous waste, and pollution prevention program. The DRFP, previously planned for release on 29 Jul 96 has been delayed and is now forcast for release on or around 01 Nov 96. Individuals that responded to the 02 Jul 96 synopsis are presently on the source list and need not respond to this notice. All responsible sources may submit suggestions which shall be considered. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
