Nichols, Contracting Officer, 301/227-5130 National Imagery and Mapping Agency has a need for services to develop, implement and maintain an agency wide Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) database. This database shall be used for space management and planning, real property management and inventory control, building operation and maintenance as well as the allocation of facilities operation and maintenance costs to various NIMA components. The database, software selection and required facility surveys will require close cooperation and coordination with NIMA personnel responsible for implementing this program agency-wide. Due to strict security requirements, possession of, or the demonstrated ability to obtain the required security clearances for the contractor s, subcontractor s and consultant s personnel, facilities and equipment to be utilized during the performance of this contract.
