ATS NEW REQUIREMENTS ORGANIZATION- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Administrator, David Hinson, announced the consolidation of the requirements organizations within the Air Traffic Service (ATS) on August 26, 1996. We would like to invite the Aviation Industry to attend a briefing on the expected outcomes and efficiencies of the new Air Traffic System Requirements Service (ARS). Neil Planzer and Dennis Koehler will host the presentation as the executive leaders of the new requirements organization. The briefing will be held at the FAA Headquarters, 800 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC, 3rd floor auditorium, 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., on November 26th.
