The building systems include HVAC, sprinkler with fire pump, fire alarm, elevator, installation of GFE 150KVA UPS, power, lighting, voice, data, closed circuit television, public announcement, and plumbing. Site work includes primary power, transformers, lighting, water, sanitary, paving, earthwork, landscaping, and demolition. The work also includesrenovation of Building SC-1, including asbestos removal, demolition, new exit stair, pipe and insulation replacement, finishes, power, lighting, fire alarm, voice, data, closed circuit television, raised access floor, and a telephone switch.Incidental related work is included.
