Texas. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to
be eligible for award. Only approved sources who have successfully
completed the required engineering test will be considered for award of
this flight safety part. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval
in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting
documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping
List (CASL) procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies
for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings and
acquisition is restricted to the only approved source, Allied Signal
Incorporated, Allied Signal Engines Division, 111 South 34th Street, MS
503-215, Phoenix, AZ. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit
