The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, the DMC Computer Technology division, Procurements Branch DITCO-DTS42, Scott AFB IL, intends to issue a sole source contract to Filetek, Inc. 9400 Key West Avenue, Rockville, MD 20850, for hardware and software maintenance for a Filetek optical storage system located at DMC Columbus, OH. The principal period of maintenance (PPM) is from 0800 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, the contractor will be required to respond to a maximum of two emergency trouble calls outside the principal period of maintenance. Remedial maintenance will be performed on an as required basis with a two hour response time after contact is made with the contractors trouble Hotline by the authorized Government representative. Equipment shall be repaired within four hours after notification.
