The contract period is September 1, 1997, or date of award, whichever is later, through August 31, 1999 for the following items. SIN 366-5 - portable advertising displays and signage systems; SIN 366-6 fixed message signs, placards, warning and control tags, pipe and electrical markers; SIN 366-7 - mechanically or electronically changeable/moving message signs; SIN 366-8 - traffic signs; traffic, Road, boundary, and aircraft grounding markers; barracade, warning, and pavement marking tape; SIN 366-9 - electrically powered exit signs; SIN 366-10 - self illuminating exit signs. SINS 366-7, 366-9 and 366-10 are set-aside for small businesses only. Resultantcontracts will be indefinite quantity indefinite delivery, with $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. To assist the customer agencies to determine when they should seek a price decrease, a level called a maximum order will be established. When an agency order exceeds this amount, it is recommended that the agency contact the vendor for a reduced price. The vendors will not be obligated to accept these orders in accordance with FAR 52.216-19. clause I-FSS-599, electronic COMMERCE-- fereral acquisition network (facnet), and related clauses that implement GSA advantage are also included.
