provide dockside repairs including but not limited to the following
minimum items: 1) Renew Weathertight Doors 2) Renew Watertight Hatch 3)
Overhaul Ship Service Generators 4) Renew Fan Coil Units 5) Renew Deck
Covering, 01 Passage and Ship's Office 6) Test and Adjust Relief
Valves 7) Provide Temporary Logistics Indefinite items include but are
not limited to the following: 1) Welding Repairs 2) Ultrasonic
Testing. Vessel length is 160 feet. Width is 30 feet. Vessel Homepier
is Mobile, AL. Place of Performance is restricted to Homepier. Vessel
availability schedule is on or about 18 February 1997. Performance
Period is scheduled for 21 calendar days. There will be a
non-refundable charge of $100.00 in the form of a certified check or
money order made payable to the U. S. Coast Guard for requested
drawings. Orders must be placed within ten (10) days of solicitation
issuance. The Proposed contract listed here is part of the Small
Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Plans and
specifications will be issued on or after 14 November 96. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
