The National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD intends to award a sole-sourced preventive maintenance contract to MedRad Inc. for a base year from date of award through 30 September 1997 with an additional four (4) year option period. Contract will include two (2) preventive maintenance inspections, unlimited emergency service calls, parts, labor and travel. The equipment to be covered includes Envision Model 40100075, Serial #10088; Envision Model ECT711, Serial #10067 and MCT+ System Serial #41401. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
