Office days Monday through Friday Notice of Intent: National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration/NOAA/Procurement Branch/Pacific Marine Center, intends to award a purchase order to Cooper Energy Services (OEM) to remove, rebuild, and re-install the cam shafts in both main engines. Cams are to be rebuilt using U.S. Government supplied parts. Work Scope includes disassembly of the engines, removal of the shafts to the shop, inspection and repair of both cams, re-installation aboard the ship, timing of the engines, and performing an engine diagnostic check of the engines during sea trials. All work shall be to OEM standards. Work shall be accomplished at the pier in San Diego, California. Quote shall be F.O.B. Destination. Delivery shall be made by December 20, 1996.
