The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington DC intends to negotiate a sole source follow on contract with International Research Associates of Gaithersburg Maryland for preventative maintenance and emergency service on the Intrusion Detection System located in the offices of the Chief of Naval Operations, the Pentagon, Washington DC and the Naval Annex of Arlington Virginia. This contract will be for a base year and (4) four (1) one year options. The contractor must have a top secret facility and personnel clearance in accordance with DoD Regulation 5220.22 prior to award of a contract.
