NASA/SSC intends to extend for 2 years, from August 28, 1997 through August 27, 1999, the existing Facility Operating Support Services (FOSS) Contract NAS13-400 with Johnson Controls World Services Inc., Stennis Space Center, MS. The Facility Operating Support Services include Facility Engineering Services, Operation and Maintenance Services, Institutional Services, and Logistics Services. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
