Marianito, Contract Specialist (505) 248-5777. The Office of Special Trustee, Office of Trust Funds Management (OTFM) has a requirement for an in-depth analysis of current trust operations. The contractor shall identify and validate both the internal and external users of the data generated and used in the day-to-day trust business of OTFM, Office of Trust Responsibilities (OTR), and Land Titles and Records Office (LTRO). This analysis shall identify the needs and requirements of end users and will make recommendations as to the features needed in a new system(s). A contrast and comparison between the needs and requirements for the Department of Interior's trust management users and the users of a Commercial Trust Department is also required.
