Attornry to write draft proposed decision in cases before the ALJ. It
is anticipated that a number of purchase orders will be issued in
amounts ranging from $3,000 to maximum of $25,000. Offerors must have
experience as Administrative Law Judges, Judge Magistrate Mastery
referee or hearing Officer of a court record or as an attorney who has
expereince in analyzing pleading, trial testimony and exhibits of
doing legal research on Federal Black Lung cases and Alien Labor
Certification Appeals (BALCA). Requests for Black Lung solicitation
must cite SP-97-001; requests for Alien Labor Certification
Appeals(BALCA) must cite SP-97-002. Only written requests will be
