PRESOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor materials and equipment required to repave Drum Storage Area and 4 300mm wide access road; repair Centerline Road and provide 4 300mm wide replacement asphalt concrete road; and replace existing road surface on Perimeter Road and provide 4 300 mm wide replacement asphalt concrete road. The contract shall include the following work; removal and disposal of existing asphalt concrete pavement, excavation, fill, subgrade preparation, aggregate base, asphalt concrete, seal coat, and incidental related work complete and ready for use.--The estimated cost is $250,000 and $500,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract. -- Contract duration is approximately 60 calendar days. -- This proposed contract will be unrestricted.--The Standard Industrial Code is 1771 and the annual size standard is $7 million. It is recommended the subcontracting goals reflect a minimum goal of 5% for Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting effort.
