Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR GENERAL REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS IN THE WESTCHESTER POSTAL DISTRICT SOL 332495-97-A-0003 DUE 111896. Contact Person: Dave Weglinski, Project Coordinator. Indefinite Quantity Contract - For General Repairs & Alterations of various leased and USPS owned facilities located in the State of New York, Westchester District - Counties of Albany, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Sullivan, Ulster, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Westchester. The contract work will include the following: Furnish all labor and material, tools and equipment necessary to complete the work required by Work Order and supporting specifications. The work may include any of the items detailed in the ``Unit Price Schedule''. Offers will consist of a single multiplier. The multiplier will be applicable to each and every item of work listed in the ``Unit Price Schedule'' set forth in the Specifications. Award will be made in accordance with Section M of the Solicitation. The Postal Service reserves right to make multiple awards. The minimum cumulative total dollar value of all work orders will be at least $10,000.00; The maximum cumulative total dollar value of all work orders may not exceed $1,000,000.00. The total contract may extend no longer than two (2) years. Solicitation packages will be available on or about October 31, 1996. Requests for solicitation packages must be accompanied by a Company Check or USPS Money Order in the amount of $100.00, made payable to the USPS Disbursing Officer. Payments for Solicitation Packages are NON-REFUNDABLE. Sealed Offers are to be returned to the USPS, NY Facilities Service Office, 2 Hudson Place, 5th Floor, Hoboken, NJ 07030-5502 and will be received prior to but not later than November 22, 1996 at 3:00 pm. Offers will not be publicly opened. The number of offers received, the identity of offerors, the amount of any offer or relative standing of the offers will NOT be disclosed to ANYONE until time of Contract Award.
