Work includes replacing the entire heating and air conditioning system: room security improvements; repairs to laundry room, mechanical room, hot water heater, building exterior, bathrooms, TV antenna system, kitchens, electrical, fire alarms, architectural; and other related work. Estimated Range: $1,000,000 - $2,500,000 Performance Period: 240 days The approximate issue/response date will be 13 Nov 96. No telephone requests.
