Brookhaven National Laboratory located approximately 60 miles East of New York City intends to solicit bids for the following: SUPPLY AND INSTALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, for small business only. SIC Code 1711. Work consists of the Procurement and Installation of mechanical, electrical, controls, equipment pads and sheds for ground water remediation. Included are concrete equipment pads, two sheds, installation of mechanical equipment and piping, electrical equipment conduit and wiring, controls, startup and testing. Contractor will have to coordinate with other contractors and equipment vendors, develop ``O&M'' Manual and prepare ``As-Built'' Drawings. Project Designation is OER-0U3-CP-7. All work will be awarded on a single contract. Estimated construction time is 10 weeks. Estimated construction cost is $250,000 - $350,000. A 20% Bid Bond is required. Payment and Performance Bonds are required after contract award. Brookhaven National Laboratory is charging a non-refundable fee of $50 for bid documents.
