Brookhaven National Laboratory located approximately 60 miles East of New York City intends to solicit bids for the following: Supply And Install Water Purification Equipment, for small business only. SIC Code 171. Work consists of Fabrication and erection of mechanical and control systems for ground water remediation. Included are free standing, six foot diameter (approx.) Air stripping tower with blower, ductwork, dampers, air flow monitoring station, control devices, control panels, startup and testing. Equipment package scope includes coordination of work and equipment supplied under other contract associated with this project. Project Designation is OER-OU3-EP-1. Estimated construction time is 16 weeks. Estimated construction cost is $100,000-$200,000. A 20% Bid Bond is required. Payment and Performance Bonds are required after contract award. Brookhaven National Laboratory is charging a non-refundable fee of $50 for bid documents. Personal checks made out to ``Brookhaven National Laboratory'' are acceptable.
