The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for an M-88 Ellipsometer or equal with 88 wavelength in-situ/ex-situ, a wavelength range of 280 to 760 nm, to include window and all mounting hardware. A substitution will be made for the in-situ option. In it's place a custom stage with electrochemical cell will be supplied. This will allow ellipsometry measurements through liquids as a single angle of incidence. An ex-situ base will be supplied to allow measurements of 4 specific angles. A pentium based computer, WVASE32 aquisition and analysis software will be provided. Growth Manager in-situ software and one day of training and installation are also required.
