The standard industrial classification code is 2522 and small business size standard is 500. Line Item 0001, UNICOR Part Number: HWS0883 Hanging File Holder Frame. Esselte Pendaflex Corp. Part No. 442 or Equivalent. The following is to be completed by bidder for brand name or equal item: description; brand bidding on; Manufacture name and product number. Estimated Qty: 32,000, U/I: Each. Minimum Per Delivery Order: 500 each. Maximum Per Delivery Order: 3500 each. The following are the salient characteristics: Letter Size, Hanging File Holder, O.A. Dimension; 9-1/2''H X 12-1/2'' to 12-3/4''W X 27'' Deep. End frame to be #7 gauge steel rod with corrosion resistant coating. Hanging rails to be #11 gauge X 1/2'' wide steel with corrosion resistant coating. Hanging rails to have break off notches starting at 21-1/2'' and continuing in 1/2'' increments. Hanging rails to be fastened to each end frame with two #10-32 washerhead slotted machine screws. The period of performance is date of award through one year thereafter. Award will be on an All or None Basis. Award will be made without discussions.
