A -- SOL RFP-NICHD-CRMC-97-01 DUE 012797 POC Contact Mrs. Dorothy McKelvin, 301/496-4611 The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) is seeking proposals for a pediatric and maternal HIV clinical trials network coordinating center. The project is entitled ''NICHD Pediatric/Perinatal HIV Clinical Trials Network Coordinating Center.'' The center will be responsible for providing logistical, technical, and administrative support to maintain, coordinate, and manage a multisite network of clinical centers conducting research on treatment, prevention, diagnosis, epidemiology, and natural history of HIV infection and disease in pediatric, adolescent, and maternal patient populations. In addition, the data coordinating center will be responsible for providing support to the clinical centers and handling all subcontracting arrangements with the clinical centers. The Requests for Proposals will be issued on or about November 18, 1996 and will be due on January 27, 1997 at 4:00 pm EST.
